Insomnia solution

Insomnia is a pretty popular problems that disturb us during our precious night time, when we finally have the chance to have a good rest. It is vital for us to have a nice and good quality sleep at night because tomorrow will be having a busy schedule. However, problem arises when we actually unable to get a good quality sleep due to various reasons. This can be very irritating because as the schedule that we have the next day, it will make us performing like the "walking dead".

3 Types of Insomia

Transient Insomnia

This types of insomnia doesn't have a huge impact on our lives. It doesn't even last very long either, probably fews day or a week maybe. It is actually not a big deal . Normally, the cause of this type of insomia is worry about the next day event, illness such as runny nose, jet lag, different sleeping pattern and stress from one particular event. It is just a short term insomnia, once they are passed, you will be able to return to normal sleep.

Acute or Short Term Insomnia

This type of insomnia are longer than the transient insomnia, of course it is much more severe. However, it can be classified as a short term insomnia too. It occurred when there is a sudden change in your mindset or an occurrence of an event that have a huge impact your life. For example, break up of an relationship, stressed on the bigger problem or bereavement after the death of your loved ones. When you are experiencing his kind of insomnia, it is wise to cure it before it had any chance to develop into a more severe insomnia.

Chronic Insomnia

This is the most severe insomnia that one person can experience. It can be last for a very long term, it can be a month or even a year. People experience this kind of insomnia is because due to the long term health problem, or sleeping in an unfavorable environment. One person may suffer the sleep deprivation effect of he has suffered this kind of insomnia.

How oxycential can help you cure insomnia?

Research have shown that the main cause of the insomnia is our breathing problem. A subtle breathing problem can leas us to suffer the chronic insomnia. Due to the inefficiency of our breathing mechanism, our oxygen intake during our sleep insufficient. Hence, the carbon dioxide concentration within our body have been risen to the level that create stress to every muscle of our body and every cell within us are crying for oxygen. As a consequences of this, all our muscles cannot relax and our brain are operating at beta-frequecy, keep creating urgency state because our oxygen level is not enough.

Oxycential was able to provide sufficient oxygen supplement to our body and help us to relax the muscle on our body. As our body oxygen concentration increase, it provide enough energy to our body and our bod y are much more easier to enter the relax state. In other words, it help us to relax ourselves before we went to sleep. We know that oxygen help us to relieve stress. As we are able to relax, we will be having a good quality sleep.

Some people take sleeping pills to aid in their sleep. This is one of the method but it defintely have some drawbacks. The side effect are below following:

  • Burning or tingling in the hands, arms, feet, or legs
  • Changes in appetite
  • Constipation
  • Diarrhea
  • Difficulty keeping balance
  • Dizziness
  • Drowsiness
  • Dry mouth or throat
  • Headache
  • Heartburn
  • Stomach pain or tendernes
  • Uncontrollable shaking of a part of the body
  • Unusual dreams
  • Weakness

  •      Therefore, it is wise to use oxycential as what it does is to provide oxygen to our body and there is no harm at all.

    Aging : Free radical theory

    What is free radical?

Free radical is a molecules with a single or more unpaired electron. Every atom have electron surrounding the outer orbit of the atom. However, for each electron, they must paired with another electron to achieve a stablized state. When a molecules consist an unpaired electron, they are in  finding another electron. Therefore, this kind of molecules is highly reactive. The free radical on the other hand has an extra negative charge. This unbalanced electrical energy tends to make the free radical attach itself to other molecules as it tries to steal a matching electron to attain electrical equilibrium. Some scientist speak of these free radicals as "promiscuous," breaking up the happy marriages of paired electrons in neighboring molecules in order to steal an electron "partner". We call the stabilized molecules as ground state

How free radical damages our body?

Due to the properties of highly reactivity of free radical on stealing electron from other molecules, free radical can break down a lot of biomolecules within our body. IT can be a loose protein, sugar or fat. Destrying these molecules might only does a minor damage to our cell but what if the free radical steal electron from one of the proteins that contain strand of electron? As the chemical structure broke down the strand of collagen becomes dysfunctional and loses its elastic quality. This is how skin beginning to sag. Free radicals chip away at cell walls, molecule by molecule, making holes. The cells leak and lose their chemical balances. Subsequent free radicals are able to chip away at DNA, making cells dysfunctional. If this damage affects cellular DNA, the cell may malfunction and this is what happens cell by cell over the lifetime of a human being, ultimately causing entire organs to malfunction, because their cells malfunction. If the DNA of basal keratinocytes, for example, are damaged the cells may become dysfunctional and the basal cells will reproduce cells that are equally as damaged and dysfunctional, resulting in the aging and dysfunction of the skin and its various components. Aging is simply the progression of damage, caused by free radicals.

Oxygen enters our body as a gas with two oxygen atoms attached to each other to make one molecule of oxygen. It exits the body as either two oxygen attached to a carbon atom as carbon dioxide or as one oxygen atom bonded to two hydrogen atoms as water. The processes in between are complex and result in the execution of the metabolic functions of the body.

The process starts in the lungs.

As air moves into the lungs, small sacs called aveoli are inflated. Capillaries surround each sac and force the red blood cells to flow nearly single file while each blood cell drops off its load of carbon dioxide and picks up oxygen. From the lungs, the oxygen is transported by arterial blood to every cell in the body. In the tissues of the body, the blood cells again pass through another series of capillaries where they drop off oxygen and pick up carbon dioxide for their return trip to the lungs.

Cellular processes require oxygen to burn the calories from food.

The general process that cells use to turn food into energy is called respiration. Respiration is the opposite of photosynthesis. What plants do in photosynthesis to convert energy into sugar, respiration does in reverse to change sugar into energy. Within the cell, this operation is driven by a circular sequence called the citrus acid cycle or the Krebs cycle. This process stores energy in a molecule called adenosine triphosphate (ATP) when it is synthesized from adenosine diphosphate (ADP). The operation ultimately uses oxygen and creates carbon dioxide and water.

Cells use the ATP anytime that energy is required.

When ATP is converted back to ADP, energy is released and the ADP is recycled along with the extra phosphate back into the system to be remade into ATP. It is the presence of oxygen that allows the body to use this food to energy conversion process. This happens essentially the same way in nerves, muscles, the heart, and all body tissues. When deprived of oxygen, cellular respiration eventually comes to a halt, and the cell will die.

Oxygen is a component in many of the molecules in the human body.

Amino acids which are the building blocks of proteins have oxygen in them. Consequently, proteins also have oxygen as part of their molecular structure. The same is true of carbohydrates and fats. Since these molecules comprise most of the tissue in the body, oxygen is a vital component to materials that comprise the body itself.

What is the real benefit in drinking oxygenated water

The health benefits of drinking water is something you cannot take for granted since the natural water is essential to maintain your health and longevity. Water makes up 75 percent of the body weight and a person can't survive for more than a few days without it. If our body lacks water, our body are unable to function properly. Our blood consists 97% of water. Basically, our red blood cell using water in our blood as transport medium in order to carry oxygen to all our part of body. Without oxygen, some cell is malfunctioned, some cell structure deteriorated.

Cellular deterioration can be caused by environmental factors, such as pollution, industrial waste, radiation and exposure to trace metals. When we are stressed, or being expose too much of chemical toxin, it create a lot of free radical within our body. This radical cell damage is what caused aging. We notice this free-radical cell damage on our skin, which become less resilient, resulting in wrinkles. As we get older, we begin to experience less stamina, energy and mental focus.

You can think of your body as a fire, it really needs fuel such as wood, but it must have oxygen to increase the flames. My point is your body needs lot of oxygen around your cells, anything you could do to increase the amount of oxygen in your body can benefit your cellular health and slow the aging process.
Of course, you want to build up your immune defenses and improve the quality of your health, right? The question is how do you get enough oxygen? The simple answer is drinking oxygenated water.

Here's list of additional health benefits of the natural energy-advancing formula include as below:

Oxycential is a unique formulation of oxygen in a saline base. Unlike its predecessors that have used either hydrogen peroxide or chlorine bound oxygen molecules. Oxycential is a natural product containing bio-available oxygen.

Oxycential oxygen is pH balanced (approximately 7.1). Other stabilized oxygen products are based on oxychlorine compound and contain sodium chlorite, which results in high ph values, normally in excess of 10. In order to neutralize the high pH of these products, the body must manufacture and release higher concentrations of hydrochloric acid in the stomach that reacts with the chlorite ion to create a chlorine and diatomic oxygen molecule. It is only when these molecules are broken that the oxygen can theoretically get into the bloodstream.ly taken sublingually.

Oxycential, however, contains bioavailable oxygen and does not depend on the digestive process to b absorbed. In fact, it can also be safe. If these chlorite-based supplements are not adequately diluted in water before consuming, the oxychlorine compounds can damage sensitive membranes before the stomach has a chance to begin the neutralization process. This is especially a concern for individuals who have problems secreting sufficient amounts of stomach acid (hydrochloric acid). The stomach may also overproduce stomach acid in an attempt to neutralize these chlorine-based stabilized oxygen products. This overproduction may irritate the stomach. Oxycential contains no chlorite molecules
